Marketing Plan Development and Implementation Roadmap

  • 30 days – Marketing Plan Development, plus 90-days FCMO management/team leadership

  • Use the results from the Marketing Strategy Workshop to build a 3-year plan:

    • Internal Sales data by market, product, customer

    • Competitive messaging/positioning

    • Value proposition/messaging platform

    • Tactics targeting customer by persona, journey maps, and budgets

    • Establish KPIs/program measurements
